BingoLab User Agreement
Welcome to BingoLab!
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") are entered into between you and BingoLab (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the App"). Please carefully read this Agreement before using the App. Your use of BingoLab constitutes your acceptance of the following terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13 years old, you must use this App under the supervision of your parents or legal guardians.
You agree not to use this App for any illegal, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
The bingo game function is a casual game of chance. All results are randomly generated by the system.
Special icons or symbols (e.g., "Bingo" symbols) may activate bonuses or multiplier rewards.
We may review or restrict accounts with suspicious or abnormal activities (such as using plug-ins to interfere with game results, malicious brushing of rewards, etc.).
Rewards (e.g., virtual coins, virtual props) are for entertainment purposes only and do not have actual cash value unless explicitly stated that they can be redeemed within the App.
If you register or provide information, you must ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date.
If your account is found to be involved in fraud, abuse or other unauthorized activities, we may temporarily freeze or permanently delete such accounts.
We will collect and use your relevant data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the BingoLab Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use and protection.
Certain functions may include optional in-app purchases or rewarded advertisements (obtain rewards by watching advertisements).
All advertisements displayed in the App comply with Apple App Store's advertising policies.
You are not required to make purchases or watch advertisements to continue using this App.
For in-app purchases, please refer to Apple's App Store payment terms and related regulations. Any refund issues for in-app purchases shall be handled in accordance with Apple's relevant policies.
All game content, designs, texts, graphics and other materials are the intellectual property rights of BingoLab or its licensors.
Without our prior written permission, you shall not copy, modify, duplicate or distribute any part of this App.
The "BingoLab" name, logo and related brand identifiers are trademarks of us. You shall not use them without authorization.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the smooth operation of this App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or factors beyond our control.
All rewards and results are based on system probability; in case of any discrepancy, the in-app results shall prevail.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use this App, unless such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
This App is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling platform, and all game results do not involve real money gambling.
If you violate any applicable laws or any terms of this Agreement, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this App.
We may also terminate or suspend the provision of all or part of the services of this App at any time for operational adjustments, legal requirements or other legitimate reasons, and will notify you through prominent channels within the App as much as possible.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to adapt to changes in laws, regulations, Apple App Store policies or business needs. The updated Agreement will be posted in a prominent location within the App, and the "Effective Date" will be indicated. Your continued use of the App after the update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
